Highland Capital founder Bob Higgins joins the board of Advanced Practice Strategies

In addition, he received the 2008 HBS Healthcare Alumni Achievement Award. Prior to founding Highland, Higgins was the chief executive of the John A. He was also assistant to the U.S. Secretary of Commerce and assistant to the head of the international division of the U.S. Treasury.
