PBM dreams

I recently took over as Chair of the Development Committee for Jeannie Lindheim's Hospital Clown Troupe, which provides professionally trained volunteer clowns to kids in the hospital. I guess my new responsibilities are weighing on my subconscious. Last night I dreamed that I called a friend who is a senior executive at a major PBM. I asked him for a donation to the Troupe and his response was to offer the Troupe a rebate on pharmaceutical purchases instead.If you are thinking of a gift for someone who really doesn't need any more material goods, you might consider a gift to the Troupe.
