Public Library of Science in the Journal

Well, I've been promising to write about the Public Library of Science (PLoS), the open access journals that are challenging the traditional scientific publishing business model. But it looks like the Wall St. Journal beat me to it.There's a front page article today focusing on Dr. Michael Eisen, PLoS co-founder and also my high school friend and biology lab partner. I'll see if I can find something to add later on.Until then, check out the WSJ article here.
